Feck. This is fun. http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/cnr/hmrc6.pdf
I'm not domiciled or resident in the UK based on this, so I'll have a think and decide if I should come back for the 6 months max.

I'd stay less than 183 days + based on advice here (I've been reading the forums) have my UK company invoiced by my foreign company.
There are other factors too (tl;dr etc)

I think if you study the stuff on HMRC website you will find that if you are not in the UK tax system, as a UK national, you can only attend the UK for incidental activities like business metings etc.... Otherwise, what Dim Prawn said.

So UK agency pays my non-UK company who then pays me.
I'd stay domiciled/resident abroad for tax etc
Company can be EU or non-EU because of my circumstances
I understand that I'll get opinion here.
I'll worry about hard facts later but wanted some ideas first
Cheers
