It uses the HTML5 <canvas> tag (at least for the strings), so it's not going to work in any browser that doesn't support that. This means IE less than 9 won't get them.
It also uses Flash for audio, which means although the visuals work on my copy of Safari, the Flash blocker prevented the sound from working until I whitelisted google.co.uk.
