    A programming language in which all the keywords were profanities would be great, relieve one's feelings when you couldn't get it to work. Most of my variables are rude words obviously but the rest, if, do, function, try, catch etc just spoil it.

    I would go with c#, if your doing an a web app then look at MVC.
    Try applying for Microsoft BizSpark you can get for free the full MSDN package including full version of vs2010, expression blend etc. Sketchflow which is part of expression blend (full version) is pretty good for sketching out the pages in your app and can be a real time saver.
