I was over to set up some products for a UK company I had been working for earlier in the year. It's like a skills social database/webservice/site , quite clever. Bit like LinkedIN but for companies to be able to connect directly to Indian talent. I suppose it will be the future for outsourcing.
It's just these guys really want it. I had four guys on my shoulder for the whole month. No chance of any more work though.

Once interviewed with Tata for the National Programme. I'd managed the development of GP2GP data migration tools and they needed that logic.
Offered me a one year fixed contract. £80k for the year to include all expenses, plus paid six weeks vacation excluding bank holidays, plus travelling to India.
They wanted me to go out and put together a fast track course on GP messaging and to document everything I knew about the different GP systems / databases etc
I told them to take a running jump.
