Job Opportunity (but I want 10%)

I have a brilliant job lined up for some lucky contractor in Canada.
It a nice place to work, friendly, a bit nippy at the moment but perfect if you like skiing, ice hockey or snow-boarding.
Manager is a bit weak, but learning fast, does not like confrontation. does not like smart alecs who contradict him, and surf for backup.
