    On the contrary

Today, my current intake of a bottle a day is three times the official advice. No one is supposed to be having more than couple of small glasses of wine a day. As a result, millions of Britons can be classified as alcoholics.
And every decade, the safe limit goes lower and lower."Don't take any notice of it," one chief medical officer told my pal at one dinner. "We just keep lowering the recommended intake because we know everyone lies about how much they drink." And the more people lie, the lower the limit is driven.

One bottle of wine is good for you. It's only if you drink two or three (or a bottle of spirits) every day you need to worry.

If you play Rockabilly you won't have time to drink more than 3 or 4 beers.

We were out on Saturday in the Irish pub, we played for 4 hours.

Nothing like drinking beer and playing rockabilly. The "replacement" drummer was on form, he was really hammering those drums on Wipeout. The double bass player brought a new huge 5 string double bass.

    It rocks!!!

Roll on the next gig beginning of March.

I might have to have some counselling to kick the rockabilly habit though.
