    No, of course not. I just wouldn't continue to give them food that I knew would probably result in their death.
    I can't see the difference between overfeeding and obtaining an overdose of drugs for someone. Except in legal terms of course.

    I agree. Whenever I see these shows I ask myself the same question. I assume the carers or relatives cook up the burgers and fries and serve them, but if they tried to escort him to Dignitas they'd be arrested. Flippin' barmy!

    Its not funny unfortunately friend of my wife's passed away a few years ago weighing about 38 stone.

    Mostly due to psychiatric issues but the thing I never understood was how she gained weight in hospital. I would have thought a diet would have been one of the easiest things to administer to the morbidly obese bed ridden.
