was doing 250 miles daily for almost a year in an 02 diesel mondeo, racked up 180k on it,
they do have a few known & expensive issues normally the dual mass flywheel at 80k ish which can cost £600 ish, or the fuel injectors can go as well (this is what happened to mine) which is around the same
but you can pick one up for around £2500 and get plenty of use outta it
if its a diesel as well always look for an alternative fuel source as well
