When I was contracting at a large telecom company which shall remain nameless, some of us printed out fake 'Microsoft Certified Notepad Specialist' certificates to award to the less competent permies whenever they did something particularly stupid.

The woman who wasted 25 minutes talking whilst we waited for the other woman said 'some people think that because it's a people bank, we do something with money, but it's not it's a people bank with people'

Used to do call logging 15 years ago, wasted the most time and did the least technical things whenever we did NHS work.

Normally the person in charge of the call logger would have challenges using notepad.
