    WHS

Summer disagrees with me, there are plenty of things to like about it but the long days and hot nights really screw with my sleep patterns.

The colours are simply wonderful at the moment. Last night I was too hungry to wait for food so had a pizza, then cooked at my leisure. The reward was a delicious sweet and sour pork casserole for lunch, and that will do for lunch tomorrow too (having cooked it slowly last night I also I put it on a slow heat from 9 this morning).

No fireworks here but the dark evenings are a pain. At least I get to travel to work in daylight; that wasn't true in Northern UK and I used to hate that.
