WMFS. Land that big fook off contract and spend the redundancy money on a few treats.
Good luck.

If I dont know better GJ I'd say you were Wilmslow.Originally posted by gingerjedi View PostSpot on, they moved the company from London so most of the long timers left of their own accord then out of the blue lost a big contract and transferred the rest out to their so called 'competitor'.
All nice and cosy, lots of money saved.
You've had a right bad run. You only took this as you couldn't get a local contract.
Oh well better luck next round.

Don't I saw our corporate KPI's recently. The one associated with unwanted attrition was a lot higher than average, probably no relation to the huge service centre we built in Bobland.

Sounds like you've been well set up there.

Bob takes another scalp.Originally posted by gingerjedi View PostOh yes, NW have been getting half fees.
Looks like 1 month gardening leave so if I manage to land a contract it could work in my favour.
Actually I've been on the 'TUPEING' side for the last two contracts.

Kept your Ltd Co. going, did we??

At least TUPE prevented them changing your redundo rights, not that it'll help you after 5 months right enough.....but it COULD have protected you. Bow down and give thanks to the EEC for potentially (but not quite) protecting your rights.Originally posted by gingerjedi View PostIt transpires that being TUPE'd means being transfered and given notice on the same day, great bit of protective legislation that is.
