    You need to be pro-active around the festive season. It's best to telephone agents and customers directly, using their mobile numbers. And you should do this on Christmas Day.

    In theory it should be. Becaus of all the people who at christmas parties got fired/dismissed because they punched their manager/annoying colleague or they made a pass at the sexy brunette on the third floor (who happened to have a secret relation with your line manager).

    It should be the best time of the year for a new contract/job.
