Poor you. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to have time off as I've got my new PS3 to pay for when I come back from my holidays. That and the fact that I'm staying in Swindon which beats daytime tv when it comes to messing with your head...

Drugs and alchohol.

Specifically Ibruprofen and Paracetamol every 4 hours plus hot toddies of honey, lemon and scotch.

Drink plenty of water/tea/juice otherwise and sleep as much as you can.
