I didn't have a lot of the ingredients, so I substituted what seemed reasonable. The kids like them too. ( No, I don't read the guardian, I just happened to stumble on the site... honest).

Try it with Guinea fowl instead; slightly tastier than chicken.

Will have to check if the local farm has some in, they breed them and sell them there but often sell out quickly. also Guinea fowl are easier to joint.
