ITIL / SOx / COBIT / COSO... n stuff...
I normally get called in at the end of the transformation project when no ones completed any documentation - and the client wont sign it off until it is.

I've got the opportunity to get the ITIL V3 Practioner qualifications for Supplier and Change management, anyone got any tips on what the courses are like and the best way of turning this into something billable in the future?
I'm not paying for either so I'm going to do them anyway, just wondering whats those with some more experience think of them in long term usefullness.Tags: None
