to those of you who have been kind here, thank you. to those of you who have been less so, well....thank you too. i'm sure you felt i had it coming.

however, i said what i said and guess what, the board goes on! as dim said, get a life. you have 3 new mods who will serve you well. just give them the time to settle in and give yourselves the time to get used to their ways.

someone said that no-one is bigger than the board. but if there's one thing i have learned, it's that we all, each and every one of us, are bigger than the board. now, as THE MAN said, excuse me while i play my guitar
    Thanks for everything Scotty.

Take care and see you soon...

He owes it to himself to act with a bit more professionalism. If he is not man enough to air his problems to someone's face rather than subversively announce his displeasure to all and sundry suggests that the problems might not be anything to do with the CUK management, but with him.

    SP,

I’m saddened by your departure from mod duties, but not surprised.

I agree with your elevation of decency, decorum and diplomacy, with the 'nip it in the bud' approach you've applied in the past, disagree with the notion that moderation is beholden to commercial interests, and that this board represents a wholly unprofessional outlook.

Thanks for all your hard work keeping us in check over the years – I hope you’ll stick around with your new-found freedom as a regular poster, and continue to air your views & contribute to the board.

    All the best.

    RH.
