My dad bought a large country house in Spain that came with a new 4x4, apparently the price was just under some limit that saved him quite a bit in tax.
Quite lucky really as he was after a new 4x4.

Trouble selling a house
I have a house that’s been valued at about 1.1 million quiddles. My buyer is asking me to drop the price to 999,995 quiddles and says he’ll give me cash for the other 100 grand. What possible motivation could he have for this request?Tags: None
