    Gave up at 10 mins and mailed them. Turns out the numpty supplier had entered the wrong meeting ID on his phone and was waiting in the wrong virtual meeting room.

    I think it's more of a trade off between
    1. how important the meeting is to you
    2. how important the meeting is to the organisers (if you didn't organise it)
    3. how important your presence at the meeting is

    if 1 is on top then wait
    if 2 and 3 are more important than hang up and wait for someone to email/call your mobile with an apology for being late!

    Oooh , I'd say about.....

    15 mins, then re-schedule.

    Invoice the supplier directly for the .25 hours, so your client can be
    compensated for the suppliers mis-use of your time.
