Sorry everyone, had I not been stuck on the phone to my dear old mum for the last hour and a half I would have shut this thread down a while ago.

Make of Craig what you will but I do not expect a witch hunt on here. If you don't like what he has to say then don't respond to him. If you don't want to hear what he has to say then put him on your ignore list.

I think more than enough of the circumstances here have been explained and if you want any more detail then please PM Craig about it and continue these discussions out of the public eye. I do not think this needs to be discussed on the board any more.

How does Google pick up edited pages so quickly?

I don't know (they're very secretive people) but I would imagine their algorithm picks up on the fact that a thread is particularly active and watches it more closely. Generally speaking, it never seems to take more than twenty minutes or so for posts on CUK to end up in Google's index.

The reason that they had no evidence was that there was no evidence of my having been married to two people at the same time - ever - and the timing of my marriages have been as follows:

GEM 1994-2005
GMM 2007-2008

For those who are not left-brain challenged, you'll note a gap in the middle there in which there was no marriage - at all. I am not currently married, nor do I intend to be.
