    Just do it!

    From the BBC

Phil Knight, owner and co-founder of the US firm, has described the recent furore as “part of the game” in signing endorsement deals with sports stars.

The news comes as Woods, 33, who has admitted to infidelity in his marriage to Swedish wife Elin Nordegren, announced on Friday that he is to take a break from competitive action.

Speaking to Street & Smith's SportsBusiness Journal, Knight said: “I think he’s been really great.

The man who gave us a new meaning for The Nineteenth Hole is to pack up for a bit, to repair his marriage.

I watch a bit of golf, so this is good news. We'll see a bit more of the other players now, and less of "Tiger watching his opponent prepare for a shot", "Tiger walking down the fairway", "Tiger walking between holes", "Tiger looks at the clouds" and "Tiger eating a banana" which all seems to take up 50% of broadcast time.
No mention of the twentieth and twenty first holes?

Golf - without a doubt THE most boring 'sport' (and I use that word loosely) in the world. Useful only for keeping fat office workers occupied on weekends away from *real* sports and cluttering up the MTB park or the surf lineup.

However, for the first time in history, a golfer has actually provided some real entertainment value.

What would be ideal is if ALL the professional golfers take an indefinate leave from golf and TV sports shows can programme some *real* sports for the telly - Freestyle MX, snowboarding, skating, MTBing, surfing etc. That's WAY more entertaining than a load of badly dressed chubby old guys wandering round an oversized lawn hitting balls into holes *yawn*

Indeed. You've convinced me to withdraw my offer and resell TW PG 10 for ten times the face value - it's the best golf game in the universe

Jack Nicholas got a bit of a slating for saying that he probably would not beat his record of 18 majors, he got it right in saying that to do that you have to overcome things outside golf.

A quick fling could be forgiven but knobing countless dumb blondes when your wife is preggers is unforgiveabable. I hope she takes him to the cleaners.

I'll practically give it away to you - drop me PM. It was bought from amazon, this one:

You can have it for a tenner, or just buy few rounds at next Brum CUK meetup whenever it happens.
Price is fair enough mate. I will have a word with the missus when she gets back as she may have already bought it. Thanks.
