The picture in the Daily Mail is the view of Tower Bridge that you get if you stand on the riverside walkway directly in front of the new City Hall / Mayor's Office building.
Maybe they just meant a London bridge, so it's just B vs b mistake.
Tower Bridge's profile is one of the planet's iconic images. There are probably over a milliard people who could immediately name it for what it is. For them to have got it wrong is mind-numbingly strange.
I can only assume the newspaper in question is full of filthy foreigners who should all be sent home at once.
Wasn't there something on the news saying next year was going to be the hottest on record (i.e. in the last 150 years or some such slightly misleading amount)? Mind you, we're still in an ice age compared to most of earth's history.
