    I have software going in to Gov IT projects in several countries. UK Gov wouldn't even listen to MyCo, even though we have as references several award winning Danish Gov sites, which are generally accepted to be the absolute best in the world, by quite a long way.

    So one of the usual suspects is taking a cut, and for no added value.

    So what the poster says, once you have discounted all other reasons, is the one that remains...
