You should try working at the radio station

GWR FM Bristol was pretty bad, although by general consensus they used to switch it over to Planet Rock on Friday.

Capital on Leicester Square wasn't so bad, at least on the Xfm floor where we had the piped music disabled except in the toilets; but the voice in the lift ("Doors closing... Fourth floor... Doors opening") is Johnny Vaughan

That's because your boss is evil. I'd steal the profits, if I were you. That'll teach him.

My wife is self-employed. Funnily enough, her boss is an absolute bitch. Makes her work stupid hours and all sorts of crap that I wouldn't put up with.

Edit: hang on, you're posting on here, not working! I hereby retract my sympathy!

OK, who had the bright idea for me to go down the pub?

I got soaked on the way there. Didn't like the idiot football crowd so moved on to another one and in the process got another soaking. I got a third soaking on the way back so I went back into the first one as I was passing it to save me from getting even wetter.

So I am soaked, cold, a tenner poorer and I still have to read "Futures spreads on the CME Globex platform".
