I soon became damp so I asked the girls to put less water on the stones. Ten minutes was enough and all six girls walked naked as nature intended to the cold showers again. Each girl took it in turn to rub each other down with natural oily soap. It felt so good. Rub, rub rubbing the soft and tender skin. Then we went home.
You've left me grinning stupidly in the office.

I failed the test ( with swimming trunks on ) in the mixed sauna on my first foreign holiday aged about 12 when some naked German ladies joined me.

First time I went to one, it was strangely liberating in a very intoxicating sort of way. With the abscence of clothes, there is nothing to hide behind, and I've found people to be very open and normal. No "barriers" as they say.

I love the water, especially the jacuzzi. Relaxes all the tired, knotted muscles and invigorates a person, you know.

Sauna is ok, and the Steam room, but I have to limit my time in those to a few minutes each, as my core temperature overheats and messes up my MS. Still like those rooms though.

Sure it wasn't this one or this one in Frankfurt (and I'm not a regular )

    (Possibly NSFW in the UK)

explaining a german mixed sauna to anyone back in the Uk though gets a very odd reaction from most..

gf chef is arriving in 1hr and I've been informed a sauna is on the cards for the weekend..

Mrs Tester's not a big fan of saunas and certainly not the mixed ones. When I go for a sauna she gets a bit jealous and says 'there are probably lots of attractive young women in there'. Honestly, women.

In the days when pubs were shut on a Sunday afternoon, we often went to a sauna with pool and took a picnic and bottles of wine too. Not naked, as it was in the UK, and things definitely got sweaty under the trunks. It was a super way to relax and I always felt on top of the world afterwards.

But naked in the restaurant? Not sure about the wisdom of mixing FKK with hot food...
