I know they say you don't get um, a bit firm, but I can't really see that (not) happening, so for that reason, I'm out.

yes, but not the FKK, saunas in general I was referring to, I find them very relaxing, the fully nakedness of everyone sat in the restaurant part was a bit weird but otherwise very relaxing..

explaining a german mixed sauna to anyone back in the Uk though gets a very odd reaction from most..

gf chef is arriving in 1hr and I've been informed a sauna is on the cards for the weekend..

'It breaks down social barriers', as the Germans like to say. True though, all materialism is irrelevant, just sit down in the sauna and chat with people as equals. Also very good for relaxing tired muscles after hard training sessions.

good alternative but she prefers 95C dry sauna's
