One of the joys of having Nokia as a client is frequent visits to public naked saunas.

Not too sure about the mosquitoes though.

First time I went to one, it was strangely liberating in a very intoxicating sort of way. With the abscence of clothes, there is nothing to hide behind, and I've found people to be very open and normal. No "barriers" as they say.

I love the water, especially the jacuzzi. Relaxes all the tired, knotted muscles and invigorates a person, you know.

Sauna is ok, and the Steam room, but I have to limit my time in those to a few minutes each, as my core temperature overheats and messes up my MS. Still like those rooms though.

Trying to maintain a semi for 3 hours takes some doing to.

I failed the test ( with swimming trunks on ) in the mixed sauna on my first foreign holiday aged about 12 when some naked German ladies joined me.

I quite agree that these places are quite exhilarating and not sexual at all. I went to one near The Hague last year with a group of girls. I was a bit shy to strip off but I did in the end. The water in the shower was a little cold and made my skin tingle and my nipples stand out. We all sat in the sauna and the heat began to work on my soft silky skin. I soon became damp so I asked the girls to put less water on the stones. Ten minutes was enough and all six girls walked naked as nature intended to the cold showers again. Each girl took it in turn to rub each other down with natural oily soap. It felt so good. Rub, rub rubbing the soft and tender skin. Then we went home.
