new film was a tad pants, it was just one extra long not so good episode.
Rewatched the series (all of them) again recently, the series after Mulder left were lacking.
Still they paved the way for lost, fringe etc al....

I didn't watch it all those years ago.
I caught a few episodes recently on Freeview, and it appeared to be unmitigated rubbish. No idea what series, if they were pre- or post-shark-jumping, or anything else except that they were crap.

Old movie or recent one? The old one was not great even when the show was popular. The show itself was pretty good, for a few series anyway... I lost the story eventually.
