Pah! Non-issue.
It's just Euro-hops for lager, not proper hops for proper British ale.

This myopic obsession with "Global Warming" is going to kill millions of people. Lets give people medicines, clean water and education and then worry about a 0.0000001 deg c temp rise.

Never in the field of human history has anyone else used so many words to say absolutely fook all.

Had to laugh the other morning: BBC said crops failed because of drought, CNN said crops failed because of rain, whereas the truth is the crops have grown really quite well, which could be seen on the video from both reports, it's just that they just didn't produce any seed, due to some fsck-up in the GM processing (to three seed varieties no less, some fsck-up eh?). Monsanto has already agreed substantial compensation payouts ... to those that paid for the seed. But most small farmers got it for free and were told to plant it under threat, so they get to starve, or complain and get shot.

He made some cracking good quips too, including:
It might not be economic, but it is really good science. We spent billions of dollars [on other fusion devices]...and what we learnt about them is that they are no damn good.
Doesn’t sound like much on my watch [regarding microsecond confinement], but from the point of view of electrons is steady-state - they don’t know any better.

Funny how the global warming threads always result in a gurning village idiots convention. They seem drawn to the subject like moths to a flame.

Most people on here have said that climate change is clearly happening.
They are dubious just how much of it is man made or if our intervention can stop it.
Most have said we should be putting more money into mitigating the upshot.
This is a clear example. Use the climate model to show where best to grow crops and start migrating them there before it is too late.
