Will be off out on the bike again sat and sun. Upping the duration to 90 mins on Sunday, longest so far.

Still got a way to go to get to 6 hours though. At least I'm on schedule for pace atm.

Flying off for a weeks diving somewhere warm tomorrow and celebrating 1st wedding anniversary.

Sunday will be spent lounging on the boat when not in the water followed by a cold beer on a roof terrace bar.
