    Hoorah. But this is linked to other recent news that CCTV's are ineffective in fighting crime. Rather than scrap them they will now all be linked into a massive pay per view channel that will allow you to watch the CCTV of your choice anywhere in the UK and see real people doing stupid boring things 24/7.
