You do see people looking at you as if to say "lookat that tw@t with the top down" it's just jealousy that their corsa can't get above 50mph!

I picked up a pre reg 09 3 series convertible which was fully loaded and I mean fully loaded. Only had 150 miles on the clock. It was 10k less than the official BMW retail price.
I love it, its great and you can drive it any weather. TBH there's only been a few days when I havent been able to get the top down.
I love topless motoring!

I was doing 95 when they went past; a couple in their 50s or 60s with grins like a couple of teenagers.
Whether I'd give up the air conditioning and being able to hear the CD for flies in my hair ... I don't know.

If I could get my hubby's car out of the garage - I would go for a classic MG Roadster

I'm not much of a petrol head, but this car was really fun.
Having the top down on a fine sunny day, out in the country, brilliant.

A bugger to reverse, not much power uphill, but good fun, and looks great.

You could do Rommel impressions as well.
Oh, and the entire back seat came out so you could use it for picnics.
