Which raises an interesting point - who are the biggest piss-heads, the young or the old?

I notice a disturbing increase in packs of sozzled old, red-faced, craggy old codgers getting wasted at any time of the day. Good old Britain, a pissed-up national disgrace!

It is slightly weird to go in at 9.30am for breakfast/coffee and see a few old guys already half-way through their first pint.

It is precisely people such as you with your bigoted views against us piss-artists that are driving us away from pubs.

All I am saying is that many pubs are suffering due to these laws. This will inevitably result in closures for out of town pubs and there is nothing that can be done to reverse this trend.

I dislike Wetherspoons pubs as they tend to have very few patrons you'd actually want to talk to.

I'd rather pay a bit more for my beer and not be bothered by pensioners talking about how "this wouldn't have happened under the Tories".

Frozen food is safer and quite often fresher than the alternative as long as it is defrosted properly, so I have no problem with that.

That doesn't sound different to any other chain really. Buying close to expiration date is fine if they sell it quickly enough, and the microwave is hardly unusual.
