Palma city seemed quite nice. I've heard the opposite side of the island to Magaluf et al is pretty nice. Have fun, remember not to say "Palma Nova" to the taxi driver though

On the otherhand - I like Benidorm - the old town is lovely and you can manage to stay away from the chav fest in the new town quite easily. Assuming you want to of course

WHS - the place is a flea-pit this time of year.

It was lovely in March/Apr when we went a few years ago.
