Money is not everything in education. A willingness to learn and a bit of discipline goes a long way. How you knew how much was being spent on education when you were at primary school probably shows the extremes to which northern parents go to indoctrinate their kids and turn them against any sort of government other than Labbour. No wonder the country is in such a mess.
