I've got tattoos in numerous places and must say the ones on my arms and chest i could have (and vaguely did) dozed through but had one recently down the back of my neck and that ferkin' hurt so assume facial ones must too. Agree she must have been bombed on something.

I think it's a bit of both. She probably thought it was a good idea and only a tw@t would have agreed and done it to her. It amazes me how many girls have tattoos these days. It's going to look odd in years to come with all these grannies milling about with blue splodges all over them. While they may look good when freshly done on young skin, ones it ages they look horrible.

I suspect that she was stoned (and not because she said Jehovah) and may have been unconscious but that doesn't mean that she was asleep.
