    Great thats another obscure language I can stick on my CV for keyword searches. Might help me get a job across the welsh border...

    PATH Yorkshire supports employers across the region to turn diversity policy into practice through Positive Action Training programmes.

    PATH is a Positive Action Training organisation set up under Section 37 & 38 of the Race Relations Act to provide training opportunities to Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) people from across Yorkshire.
    Positive Action is defined as ‘Measures that can be taken to meet special needs, to train or encourage people from a certain racial group that is under-represented in particular work’ Section 37 & 38 of the Race Relations Act
    But at least positive discrimination (hah!) has now mostly stopped in the public sector.
