Water found on Mars!

NASA released images of what appears to be water on Mars…

’There is no known naturalistic mechanism for the origin of the first self-replicating organism on Earth, …but there is no reason to discount the possibility that over billions of years intelligent life could have formed on a more habitable planet, and later seeded itself on planet Earth….’

But could Mars have been more habitable all those billions of years ago?
