    I called Virgin yesterday to cancel my TV and Internet as I am moving house, while they answered the phone they couldn’t do SFA as their systems were down. I mean why make me go through all of the menus when they could have put a message on saying 'we are useless and can’t take your call right now'.

    Think they need a few more contractors to sort the place out.
