when the opportunity presents itself yes
which happens to be often around here
I want my money back, he said it was new,
I was too tight to buy it from a reputable source,
will I learn from this I doubt it, have I made mistakes
like this before I expect so

No.
He said it was new.
I paid a fair price.
He is a liar.
He should not get away with it.
Milan, you appear to be a prat. I take it you always dive in with, meaningless worthless comments?

you noddies make I laugh,
I bet you lot bid on cars on ebay without visiting them in person with a mechanic and doing the hpi checks
you get what you deserve,
what is it, a fool and his money
if something is too good to be true that's because it is

Darnyarn, you mention that tells you he can get a receipt etc, how did you communicate with him, via phone or email? If email, you already have some proof he's a dishonest prat. I'd feel just as aggrieved as you.
Can you put a link the the ebay item here and see what the consensus is?

I was selling some Hellblazer comics on ebay (still got some for sale if anyone is into that). Now these comics were going for about £5-£20 , and mostly no problems , but did get th eoccasional idiot who would win then never pay. One saying he had not had confirmation emails or had put the payment in the post. Just because it's a faceless process people think they can take the p1ss. In the end I gave up because it wasn't worth the bother.
The complaint procedure is sh1t and easily navigated by the fraudsters
The place seems to be full of shysters and oportunists especially if you look at the motors. I bet you over 10% are cut n' shut. It's not surprising the rip off merchants love it, buying things without seeing them is a charter to rip people off.Last edited by Bagpuss; 6 October 2005, 12:04.
