    As I'm in the process of trying to get into contracting I bought (and read) this book.

    It's one of those books that skims over most of the key topics. Therefore it's good for first timers as it gives you an idea of topics you need to find out more about.

    I would say if you're an established contractor it probably isn't worth the purchase.

    Personally I found PCG's "Guide to Freelancing" a much more useful publication. Similar publications by SJD & Nixon Williams also provide a decent overview of contracting, albeit at a very high level.

    Wouldn't touch it with a bargepole, he's a septic so what does he know about setting up a LTD in the UK (I think the hint is that the price is in $.) Look at all the other books he's written and I would suspect that he's a bit of a snake oil seller:
