Or are you not a real company?
Why is your company sending a cv in the first place? I think trying to rationalise the 'company' thing is really not possible for most contractors. They are forced along that route because of the way the red tape is laid but few really treat the company part as more than something they have to do to reduce tax liability.

The pimps take out all your address details when they doctor your CV(!) anyway so that clientco can't contact you directly.

I had my email and website and Ltd company number in the footer of my CV and an agent who I know quite well advised me to take it out as it might be seen as a way of attempting to 'decieve' the agency by 'sneaking' my contact details through to their end client. Very frowned upon!

I suppose basic MS word skills (editing a header and footer) aren't a requirement for recruitment agents

It's all to do with identity theft. Apparently there's enough on a newbie's CV to empty their bank account without so much as a bye-your-leave...

so that means no date of birth although irritatingly Jobsite puts your date of birth on the front page of every CV they send out to pimps. but since this information is not on your CV (and it's not clear that they use it in this way) it's a perfect way of 'losing' the odd few years (or decade ) without being deceitful - in fact it's a way of keeping your personal data safe from prying eyes....

If the DOB you give to Jobsite is not for ID purposes, then it shouldn't matter if you give them a date that is a few days out.

What is it for anyway? To allow age discrimination? Do the clients a favour, help them avoid that trap

    No.

I don't even have part of my address on my CV - it's irrelevant.
