I still think being nice is a good thing - it keeps one in worse. AS long as they dont totally take the p1ss.

Some of us were a little bit more intelligent than that and would have to have a price fall of over 50% before we started taking any notice. And no, I have no intention of ever moving so I really couldn't give a monkey's what some spotty faced little estate agent (assuming there are any left
) thinks it might be worth. I live out in the sticks miles from the human race, have more than one income stream and try hard not to feel a little smug. Only problem we have here is power cuts....and everyone will be getting those soon! Oh and dumbarse delivery drivers who can't follow a satnav.
The most entertaining thing about this recession is watching the steady stream of politicians trying to convince people that they have the first clue about what is going on. None of them do - if they did they wouldn't be politicians.
