    The secular culture, yes. The established/state churches in the UK, yes. The churches in the USA which seem more focused on hate than love, yes.

    But there are still some reasonably biblically sound churches and families of churches. Of course, they get labelled as cults for encouraging tithing, and as bigoted for promoting marriage and saying men and women are different...

    We will have to agree to differ there. I can see how even Islamic fundamentalists believe that they are following Islam (they may be the only true followers). I can not see how the majority of claimed Christians are following the teachings of Christ.
