Spot on! People who claim its 'always' BMW drivers need their eyes testing (what are they doing driving with such defective eye sight!?). Its just another urban myth purported by jealous drivers who cant afford a bimmer.

I reckon they must have been on something to act so bizarrely. A possible joint suicide attempt ?

Then one of them gets up after being knocked down on separate occasions...isn't there some sort of combat drug that blocks pain and would allow someone to do this ?

I was wondering why they're in the middle of the motorway in the first place, and how they got there. Broke down in the outside lane and thought it was safer to walk up the central reservation?

Otherwise yes, suicidal is a word that fits.

As for what type of drug. Adrenaline would be enough once they started getting knocked around by the cars and cozzers. Although I remember hearing about someone who was high on PCP, put his fist through a car window and didn't feel a thing till later when the drug wore off. That was in the 80s so probably a lot funkier stuff available nowadays.

I'm waiting for the system that lets us indicate to the driver in front that they really should be moving over, and if they don't they get issued a fine if big bro deems it's safe for them to do so.

The current system of blasting up to their back bumper with all the lights on doesn't seem to work well enough, unless they're the blue flashing ones.

That reminds me: A copper (or so he claimed) on another forum said it was ok to fit those front grill blue lights to your car so people think it's an unmarked pig-carrier, and are more likely to get out of your way. He didn't say if it was legal to actually switch them on though, which I'd guess it's not. Shame that.

On the M62 today – lorries are drag racing each other on lanes 1 and 2. Vans are drag racing each other on lanes 2 and 3 – cutting up cars in lane 3, uphill, and basically blocking the motorway.

Why can’t lorries be banned from lanes 2, and vans banned from lane 2 between 6-10, and 3-7?

Fuming at how inconsiderate the working classes can be…. Talk about caveman attitude.

They seemed pretty convinced that they were out of their skulls on something, but nothing could be proved.

One of them was knocked down by a car (the force of the impact crushed the corner of the roof in at the offside of the windscreen) and a couple of minutes later she managed to get up, send a policewoman flying, jump back over the central reservation, get hit by another car... and then she was up again, and it took four of them to hold her down (with great difficulty) while they cuffed her and got her into the ambulance

So they were probably sober then?

Saw the advert on the BBC 6 o'clock news (they seem to be doing this more and more to promote some proggy that's on later), but didn't bother watching the main event.

Did they discover why the bints were so determined to play frogger, other than being mental? Surely they have motorways in Sweden, or were they high as a pedestrian hit by a 40 tonne truck?
