I don't understand the question. I charge by the hour, so I charge for the hours I work. Considering I work remotely, anything else could be a slippery slope.

Good. It's immensely satisfying billing Clientco for catching up on films, drinking lots of free booze, and oggling the trolley dollies on a Saturday.

Don't really know and the current project confuses the hell out of me. They're running Agile with iterations and scrums, etc. and when putting down the time it takes to do a task, one hour work actually equals 2 hours. So if I say its going to take me 12 hours to build and configure a zLinux system with DB2, LDAP, WAS, IHS, TADDM, CCMDB and BCPM then that goes down as 24 hours and they freak out that it won't fit in the iteration. So I actually work at 200%

20/80. So long as they insist on paying me buy (sic) the hour, that will continue.
