In short you have to go through the business migration team, which goes through a whole change of ownership routine and gets you on their business accounts systems.

What you cannot do, despite being told that this was the quickest way, is turn up and ask for them to give you a PAC for your consumer acc and open a new business one as if you were coming from another provider. Their system sees the PAC as originating from O2 and throws a wobbly as it's deemed as 'churning', which is a sackable offence for O2 staff. At least according to the manager in my branch it is.

I made the guy phone up retail support and business support, both of which said it was fine to 'churn it' but manager boyo wouldn't have it. Apparently he'd been on a course! FFS!!!!

and don't get me f'ing started with O2. They don't accept a cert of incorp from Co Hse as proof of Ltd company but insist on a letterhead FFS.

Also, the muppet wouldn't take a driving lic and passport as proof of identity cos they're too easy to forge!

So letterhead is unquestionable proof of company but passport is not proof of person!
'Course not, you could've 'found' it in a van outside a Newsagents.

Had a phone a few years ago that let me browse the web, as well as do emails, PDA, handle Office documents, and play media. Mine was an HTC but there are several. Apple are late to this party but somehow persuade people that they invented this.

I've gone back to slim phone + Palm + bluetooth, because I like the Palm interface so much: it just works.
