No, this one is crap. Only funny part is where he does a Daffy Duck at the end and forgets he can fly. Unfortunately he survives, so more bad acting to come.

Is it anywhere near as good as 'Batman Begins'? I thought that was fantastic.
I think it's still in the IMDB top 100 movies of all time 3 years on.

Agreed - I saw some tea shirts in Selfridges with him on the other day... him and Robin - they were soooo cool - proper retro!Originally posted by Bob Dalek View PostThere's only one Batman, and that's Adam West.

I really want to see it but not sure I could sit still for that length of timeOriginally posted by Sockpuppet View PostI thought it was Ok, just far far far too long.
Very few films can pull off being 2.5 hours and this one didn't. They needed to shave at least 30 mins off it for it to be good.

Not much point nominating him if he doesn't deserve the award, surely? Isn't the idea that those nominated are the ones who do deserve to win?Originally posted by Clippy View PostHeath Ledger certainly deserves an Oscar nomination but not sure if he deserves to win an Oscar.
If this is no longer the case, I want my 2008 Olympic marathon gold medal nomination, and I expect it to be delivered to my armchair with a nice Chinese meal
Oh, and a Marathon (or whatever they call them now).

I saw it and thought it was a bit pants. It's like the whole James Bond thing where they have him and fail to simply kill him and allow him to escape. The Joker was good, but I thought the film was too long for the story. They could have made a great 90min movie out of it.

The slightly camp one, with Kerpow! ?Originally posted by VectraMan View PostI wish they'd get back to the proper Batman, none of this "dark avenger" nonsense they seem to be stuck on.
