Humm seems to me that the govt may have had some influence on this report. The report endorses the Westminster government's plans to tackle youth unemployment, including the introduction of the Diploma qualification in England and its emphasis on workplace skills.
(snip)
"We welcome the fact that the OECD recognises much of the gains made, including the considerable improvements in youth employment. We have seen youth claimant unemployment amongst 18 to 24 year olds fall since 1997 with long-term claimants (over 1 year) down by over 90%.

Why does it appear that you should get something by doing absolutely stuff all?
I've worked my little man boobs off to get where I am and i'm proud to have done so! its about time this attitude of "you have to give me something and i'll give you nothing in return" stopped.
A good slap is needed to wake up half of these politians and foot up the backside is needed for the scrotes.Tags: None
