The bloke from Charge changed his name by deed poll to Stu P. Didiot and I once had a female friend who's daughters name was Methadone.

Worked with a Theresa Green and a Lawrence Tipping, who preferred to be called Lorrie. He was oblivious to the sign outside saying "No Lorry Tipping".
And I currently work with a Mr Fux.
I was once on a course and the instructor introduced himself thus.
"My name is Bond. James Bond. That's my problem, now let's discuss yours".
