Of course he is... in the grand tradition of Chico.
Thankfully without the religeosity...
How do you do it though, I dont get it. Do you have someone in mind and sort of empathise your way into their psyche, or is it totally made up ?
Do you have to 'get into character'
They are blooming good whoever they are, LB/Chico was great - fooled me anyway
Gosh - I am defending Wilmslow - what is MY life coming to
In the April version, he said the Mafia guy wasn't blocking his drive any more, just having the brass neck to leave his car on a public road outside Wilmslow's Stately Pile.
I might be missing something, but from what I've seen so far, Wilmslow and his neighbour seem to think the road outside their houses is in some way their reserved parking - or have I misunderstood?
I think the issue is making access difficult.

I think so, to the extent that Wilmsie bought a car that wasn't roadworthy just so he could park it outside

That's not the worst - He's admitted "using the windscreen washer trick" to squirt water over his car onto a tailgater's windscreen.
They got water on their windscreen? How disasterous! They'll think twice before doing that again!
Or maybe their car is actually quite well equipped to cope with a few drops of water and they didn't pick up on any malicious intent meant by that idiot who wouldn't pull out of the overtaking lane doing 50 mph?
If it was me behind I would have just assumed the moron had squirted his washer fluid instead of indicating by mistake.
Why didnt you just nick it while he was away?
You could have had all sorts of fun, left him with all sorts of grief to sort out then dumped and torched the van.
